Assisted Living
The Residence at Grand Mesa offers a full complement of services designed to enhance the lifestyle of seniors. In addition to our standard services, we can customize a care program to include the additional assistance necessary to promote and maintain independence. Ask our Health Services Director about individualized service programs accommodating the diverse needs of today's seniors.
24 Hour Staffing
*Housekeeping services are provided to ensure a clean and sanitary environment.
*Laundry services of personal items & linens completed in individual batches.
*Medication Administration by our trained, qualified, and caring staff.
*Coordination of Health Services & oversight of medications administered by staff.
*Assistance with all activities of daily living including dressing, grooming, and
bathing.
(Our community also has a shower room with large whirlpool tub for the use of our residents.)
*24-hour monitoring of health and well-being. Wellness checks throughout the night.
Activities Program
*Wonderful exercise programs to enhance physical stimulation and well being.
*Regulary scheduled music entertainment, special events, outings and non-denominational religious services.
(Our residents choose the activities they prefer.)

needs of each individual resident resident within our community.
